Room was modern, with a nice layout and good amenities. High-speed wi-fi worked perfectly. Location was great-close to town and popular attractions, perfect for wandering around. Shower pressure was annoyingly low. It. Noise from the bar below was disruptive and made it hard to relax, especially at night. Some areas in the room weren't as clean as expected, like spots on the carpet.

Tbh, had a really really nice stay for one night. Everything was perfect, the parking was onsite, the room was well laid out and well-kept. The location was particularly good and perfect, within easy walking distance of Polynesian Spa.

Affordable and cheap meals. Huge & great value for money unit with enough lockers for everyone. Absolutely perfect location to Racing Rotorua...

Wi-Fi was bad.

This place impressed us! The Queen Studio was spacious and immaculate, with really good amenities. Check-in via the app was seamless. Plus, it's a short walk to the city center and the lakefront. Can't wait to return!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with a hot drink in the cold. I'm returning for my next city trip!

Solo traveler experience, worth it

I really enjoyed the spacious and clean room, and the bathrooms were perfect! The large shared kitchen and dining area overlooking the park added a nice touch, who doesn't love some greenery while having a meal.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what you get.

The hotel's central location is fantastic, right across Kuirau Park and within walking distance to great restaurants. The spacious Triple Room with a balcony was a nice touch, and the communal kitchen was well-equipped. The check-in process could be a bit tricky for those unfamiliar with technology.

decent stay but needs improvements

The location was perfect, with access to attractions. Cleanliness was notable, as the common areas and rooms were kept tidy. We enjoyed a lovely garden view from our room.

The pool spa was unfortunately not functioning .

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing billiards and soaking in the pool. It's also close to great attractions. I definitely recommend checking out the geothermal park nearby.

One downside was that there were some noisy guests , hard to relax at times.

The location was exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from Hot Water. There were shopping centres and a supermarket around the hotel. - the Queen studio had a great bed.

The room was well-equipped with a heater and a bathroom, and the location was very central, right next to the Foot Spa, with top-notch and friendly staff.

The staff was amazingly kind and accommodating. the location was particularly good and perfect, with Polynesian Spa within walking distance.

The staff here are wonderfully helpful and you can conveniently park your car on-site, the location is ideal and peaceful, just a 15-minute stroll to Tamaki Maori Village.
